Herzing大学 complies with the 家庭教育权利和隐私法 (FERPA) of 1974 which is designed to protect the students’ rights regarding educational records maintained by the institution. 根据FERPA，学生有以下权利:
- The right to inspect 和 review the student’s educational record within 45 days of the day the University receives a request for access. A student should submit to the Registrar or other appropriate 学术 official, a written request that identifies the record(s) he or she wishes to view. FERPA permits disclosure without consent to certain groups, including school officials with legitimate educational interests. A school official is a person employed by the University in an administrative, 监督, 学术, 或研究, 支持人员职位.
